Geoff has lived and worked in Weymouth since 1986, becoming a Principal in 1987 and now heads the Property Department of Pengillys.  He has built up considerable expertise in estate development work dealing with everything from the acquisition of multimillion pound residential development land down to single plot developments and following through with the negotiation and completion of planning and highway agreements in preparation for eventual plot sales.  Geoff has built up strong client relationships over a period of years with 90% of his workload involving returning clients.

Work areas:
Geoff's brief also includes Commercial Property transactions, both freehold and leasehold.  He acts for a national retailer with a strong high street presence and deals with the acquisition and disposal of retail premises, warehouse and storage facilities.  Other expertise includes dealing with substantial property portfolios ranging from shops and hotels through to pubs and nightclubs.  He also continues to maintain his expertise in residential conveyancing.
