After a successful career with the Ministry of Defence, Graham qualified as a specialist Litigation Solicitor and joined Pengillys in 2007.

Graham is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and currently helps both employers and employees deal with a wide range of employment and litigation matters.  Graham has also developed a special interest in advising companies and individuals regarding the termination of employment of senior employees and directors.

Graham regularly appears in the civil courts and the Employment Tribunal where he has established a reputation as a robust and persuasive advocate.

He is a keen golfer and sometimes plays in local charity and fundraising events.
