Karen has worked for Pengillys for over 20 years.  Having started in April 1987 when the firm was know as Pengilly & Ridge.  She initially worked as a Conveyancing Partner's Secretary for 13 years until the birth of her son, when she worked part-time, and continued to work for and assist the Principals and Solicitors in all matters throughout the Firm.

In 2007, Karen took up the position of Conveyancing Executive, with over 20 years of conveyancing expertise behind her, she works in all areas of Conveyancing, including dealing with the Deposit Protection Service, Stamp Duty Land Tax Online and also deals with the formatting and training of our Conveyancing Case Management system. 

Karen was born in Wales, but has lived all over Britain as her Father was a Naval Officer.  Her family moved to Weymouth in the 1970s and decided to settle here.  She enjoys swimming, karate and is a keen motorcyclist.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking her dogs for long walks in the countryside.
