Katherine was a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives whilst training to be a Solicitor.  She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and became a Principal with the firm on 1st April 2011.

She has ten years experience in our Private Client Department dealing with Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Elderly Client Care, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts.  Katherine enjoys working with elderly clients.

Work areas:
Probate and Administration of Estates, Deed of Variation, Wills and Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts.

Katherine also deals with Elderly Client Care which incorporates Lasting Powers of Attorney and General Powers of Attorney, Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection for appointment of Deputy.  Advising clients on NHS continuing healthcare funding.

Katherine also visits clients at home and in hospital if they are unable to attend the office.
