Katherine was a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives whilst training to be a Solicitor.  She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.

She has 6 years experience in our Private Client Department dealing with Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Elderly Client Care, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts.

Work areas:
Probate and Administration of Estates, Deed of Variation, Wills and Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts.

Katherine also deals with Elderly Client Care which incorporates Enduring Powers of Attorney and General Powers of Attorney, Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Receivership Orders.

Katherine also visits clients at home if they are unable to attend the office.
