Christopher has many years experience of personal matters for Clients, ranging from the wealthy to the disadvantaged. He was an original Panel Deputy (previously Receiver) appointed by the Court of Protection and has been a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section and Conveyancing Section and also one of Mencap’s Will and Trusts Service’s professional advisers.

He is a pension trustee and a charity trustee for a number of organisations and has been involved in the setting up and running of charities and public and private trusts.

His work involving the elderly and the disabled often takes him out into the community and he divides his time between the Weymouth and the Poundbury, Dorchester offices. He also gives talks on Wills, powers of attorney and other work areas.

Work areas: Wills, charity, inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, trusts and estates, personal affairs, elderly persons, disabled persons (both physical and mental disabilities) and their families, powers of attorney and Court of Protection.
