Guy has lived locally for almost his entire life and has played cricket and rugby for many years.  He has worked in the legal profession since 1983 and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1995.  He specialises in commercial property and has experience of a wide variety of transactions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, estate development work, the acquisition of properties for pension schemes, business sales and purchases and social housing disposals having acted for a housing association.

In his free time Guy enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf at Came Down Golf Club where he is a member.
