How Information Packs will affect you

If you are Buying


From 2007 you will have a mine of information to you on demand before you even view a property. But what does all the information mean?

Should you rely on the Home condition Report provided by the Seller or should you obtain your own survey?

What if the searches show something unusual?

Because we are independent and have the experience we can:

  • Check a HIP for you even before you view a property.
  • Advise on any problems revealed by the HIP and how to deal with them.
  • Suggest other searches or investigations which may be necessary - saving delay later.
  • Advise on negotiating the price to take into account any problems shown in the HIP.
