Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive - primarily to work in the Poundbury office

To work as part of the private client team advising on Wills, Trusts, Estates and Powers of Attorney.  To advise on inheritance tax and general affairs including those of elderly and also of disabled persons.

Advice given to a wide variety of high net worth individuals.

Membership of STEP or ability and willingness to qualify will be required.

Litigator

A Civil Litigation Solicitor is required.  Ideally 1 - 3 years PQE, enthusiastic and willing to contribute to the continuing growth of this dynamic department.  Wide range of general civil litigation work (but not necessarily Personal Injury or Employment).
