Landlord & Tenant Costs Estimation
An estimation of the costs included are as follows:
If the tenant moves out following a Notice to Quit - £70.00 + VAT
- If possession proceedings are issued - £350 + VAT
- If we make an application to the Court to instruct the Bailiff - £150 + VAT
There are often disbursements that will need to be paid, the cost of which are as follows:
- Court fee on issuing the possession claim - £150.
- Court fee on issuing a Warrant for Possession (instructing a Bailiff - £95.
- In the event of a locksmith being called to the property whilst the Bailiff is in attendance, quotes will be obtained for these costs.
