We advise on the many methods available to fund claims, including Conditional Fee Agreements, (or 'no-win-no fee' agreement.) This, together with insurance, provides protection against the costs of your case. We act for many legal expense insurers on behalf of our clients with appropriate insurance schemes.

All solicitors need a retainer contract and we are very happy to explain this requirement. We regularly act for legal expense insurers (before the event) but otherwise will act on a Conditional Fee Agreement. This is supported, where necessary, with 'after the event' insurance to protect you from any risk on costs (a full explanation will be given to consultation and we have many contacts for 'after the event' insurance.)

In very limited circumstances Public Funding (previously Legal Aid) might be available and we can direct you as necessary.
