Completion
On the Completion day you should aim to vacate the property by mid day and hand the keys to the Estate Agent. Once we have received the purchase monies, we will notify the Estate Agent to release the keys, pay off your mortgage and send any balance to you unless it is required for a simultaneous purchase.
