Preparing for Completion
Following exchange of Contracts, the buyer's Solicitors will send us a deed to transfer the property to their client. We will check that his is accurate and then ask you to sign it. We will also obtain a redemption figure from any Lender you may have in order to pay off your mortgage on Completion.
