Areas of expertise:

Tracey specialises in matrimonial finances including those involving businesses, pensions, overseas assets and inheritances.  She also advises on disputes between cohabitees and on the drawing up of pre-marital agreements.  Tracey acts for parents in disputes over the arrangements for children, including residence and contact and has a particular interest and experience in dealing with child abduction and situations where one parent wishes to move to live overseas with the children.  Tracey has extensive experience acting for clients applying for domestic injunctions as well as family mediation.
