Fixed Fee Divorce

For those clients who do not qualify for Public Funding (Legal Aid), Pengillys are pleased to commit to a fixed fee to obtain an undefended divorce.  The sum of £985 will include Solicitor's costs, VAT at the current rate (20%) and the disbursement expenses of the Petition issue fee and the fee for Decree Absolute.  Any additional disbursements arising will be charged (for example, any fee for personal service of documents).

This fixed fee relates to divorce proceedings for the Decree Absolute only on the basis that the matter proceeds undefended and with the process being conducted through the Court on paper.  It will not include any fees if an advocacy attendance is required before the Judge for any reason.
