New Claims Process for Personal Injury Cases

A new claims process has now been introduced for personal injury claims with a value between £1,000 and £10,000. The intention is to streamline the process by using standardised information online with insurers.

It is hoped that the system will improve settlement timeframes where appropriate and will make the overall system beneficial to Claimants, envisaging prompt stage and interim payments.
