Pengillys carry out 100th HIP

Since the requirement to provide Home Information Packs was introduced last year, Pengillys are delighted to announce that they have just completed the preparation of their 100th HIP.  This is a real milestone, not only for the introduction of Home Information Packs which have had something of a bumpy ride due to the Government's changes of mind during the course of their introduction, but also for Pengillys who have been at the forefront of ensuring they provided an efficient, reliable and economic HIP package to existing and new clients.

Whilst not necessarily welcoming the Governments' changes Pengillys have met each challenge as it has arisen and the preparation of the 100th HIP demonstrates the success of the Pengillys Home Information Pack and the demand for them.

It is critical sellers are able to first market their property as quickly as possible once the decision to sell has been taken and Pengillys have been able to service that need by ensuring the component parts of the Home Information Pack have been obtained quickly and the pack assembled rapidly and accurately so as to be in the hands of the selling agents with the minimum of delay.

In addition, Pengillys system of issuing a compliance certificate to selling agents so that both the seller and the selling agent can have complete confidence that their Home Information Pack complies with the relevant regulations has worked extremely well.

Pengillys are looking to build on this early success and look forward to celebrating their 200th Home Information Pack in the near future.
