Judicial Separation
The grounds for a
Decree of Judicial Separation are the same as for divorce. The
procedure is identical save that upon a Decree of Judicial Separation
the parties remain married. All other considerations apply.
On occasions there may be religious or other compelling reasons why this option is selected.
