Ben has been with Pengillys since 1994. He is keen sportsman with a particular interest in football, although he does support Tottenham Hotspur!

Ben has lived in Dorset since 1988, having originally relocated with his family from London.

Ben deals with a wide range of litigious matters, both Common Law and Chancery.  Ben is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has dealt with substantial injury claims.  In addition to Personal Injury work, he undertakes a wide variety of litigious matters including Landlord & Tenant, Residential and Commerical, Contract Matters, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act Claims and Land Disputes.
