Graduating from Birmingham University with an Honours degree in Law, Edward qualified as a solicitor in 1978. He was previously a partner with Wickham & Lloyd Edwards solicitors. Along with fellow partners Christopher Berry and Stephen Jones, Edward was one of the first members of the Public Guardianship Panel. Edward is secretary to Abbeyfield Weymouth, Clerk to the Home of Devenish and has been a Rotarian since 1988.
