Attorney
You can appoint someone by
deed to look after your affairs and your assets in the future, known as
your Attorney. This means that you have appointed someone whom you
trust to act in your best interests.
Many clients choose more
than one attorney, perhaps a son , daughter or close friend and often
include a solicitor. We are delighted to be the Attorney for many of
our clients.
We can also advise those who have agreed to be appointed as an Attorney on their responsibilities and duties.
