Once you have decided to sell your home we will obtain your title deeds. We then prepare the Contract, including all relevant terms agreed. This is sent to the buyer's Solicitor with other information including a copy of your deeds and replies to the normal enquiries, Fixtures and Fittings list and other relevant papers.

We also deal with additional enquiries from the buyer's conveyancers.
