Having worked for Pengillys Solicitors for 11 years, leaving in 1987 and moving to work in Dorchester and Weymouth, Lindsey Arnold has returned to their Family Team of solicitors and mediators.

Lindsey is a highly regarded, enthusiastic and dedicated Legal Executive with 26 years' experience in all areas of family law, specializing in children work, dealing with domestic violence issues and cohabitation disputes. Having originally qualified as a teacher, then working as a Residential Child Care Officer, Lindsey went on to study various aspects of law but has always been drawn to family and children work.

She has also been a key contributor in several high profile national and international family and human rights cases in the County and High Court. "I relish the experience of such difficult cases, whether they're high profile or not", said Lindsey. "The most important aspect of family law is a professional attitude combined with a common sense and practical approach. The ability to communicate with a variety of people ranging from young children and teenagers to High Court Judges also helps!" she added.
