We are therefore well placed to prepare a Government compliant Home Information Pack either at the direct request of sellers or via their Estate Agents.

Arrangements have been put in place to carry out the searches which are required without delay and to obtain the other component parts of the pack (including the energy performance certificate) as quickly as possible since we appreciate that once a decision has been taken to sell your property, you will not want to delay in getting the property advertised and on the market.
