Christopher is a Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly. He is a Deputy appointed by theOffice of the Public Guardian and a Member of the Law Society's Probate Section and Conveyancing Section.

He speaks French, German and Italian and is involved in a number of local charities.
