Clinical Negligence Specialist Joins Pengillys

Pengillys are pleased to announce that with effect from 1st June 2007 John Blackburn, a Specialist Clinical Negligence Solicitor, joins the practice as a Consultant.

John holds one of only two Legal Services Commission Franchise/Contracts for the specialisty niche work of clinical negligence in the county of Dorset.

John undertakes a wide range of clinical negligence (and the occasional personal injury) claims.  He undertakes work both on a Publicly Funded basis and a Conditional Fee basis.

Although a Consultant with Pengillys, John will work most of the time remotely from an office he hopes to establish imminently in the Bournemouth/Boscombe area.  He will also work occasionally from Post Office Chambers and Challacombe House.
