We act for
Executors and Administrators in the proving of Wills and winding up of
estates. We can be, and frequently are, appointed to act as
professional executors of a client's will. Sometimes circumstances
dictate that the terms of a will should be changed after death, usually
to save Inheritance tax, and we are particularly experienced in the
preparation of such Deeds of Variation.
