Will Aid Charities

The Wills and Probate team at Pengillys LLP Solicitors gave their expertise free of charge to members of the public wishing to create or update their wills.  Fixed fees paid by clients were donated to Will Aid.  This fundraising initiative, held annually, benefits 7 national and international charities - ActionAid, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, Age UK, NSPCC, Save the Children UK, Sight Savers International, SCIAF (Scotland) and Trocaire (Northern Ireland).

Katherine Ashley, Principal and solicitor on the team was delighted to support Will Aid.  "We raised nearly £600.00 and were happy to give our time free of charge for such a worthy cause," she said. "It not only raised money but reminds people how important it is to have a Will professionally prepared - or updated - should they make major changes in their lives."
