Tom Cleall

Profile

 Tom is a Licensed Conveyancer in the firms residential conveyancing department.

Tom joined Pengillys in April 2017 from a large national conveyancing firm. During his time there he had exposure to a wide variety of residential property transactions and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2016.  Tom has a pragmatic approach and values effective communication.

When Tom is not conveyancing, he spends his time with his young family and enjoys running, swimming and football. Tom is also a fanatical supporter of Southampton Football Club.

Tom was promoted to Associate in May 2023.
