Tom is an Associate of the firm and is uniquely a dual qualified Solicitor & Licensed Conveyancer in the firm’s residential & commercial property departments.

Tom joined Pengillys in April 2017 from a large national conveyancing firm. During his time there he had exposure to a wide variety of residential property transactions and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2016.

Tom’s particular areas of interest are land acquisition, development and unit disposals and acts for several niche developers locally and further afield.

Tom has a pragmatic approach and values effective communication. He has a “can do” attitude which over the years has established him as a popular and competent practitioner with stakeholders locally and further afield.

Tom was promoted to Associate in May 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2024.

When Tom is not conveyancing, he spends his time with his young family and enjoys running, swimming and football. Tom is also a fanatical supporter of Southampton Football Club.
