Katherine Ashley

Katherine joined the Practice in September 1990 as a Junior Receptionist and was rapidly promoted to a Legal Secretary in the Probate and Private Client Department. This instilled a keen interest in this area of law and Katherine was sufficiently enthused to qualify through The Institute of Legal Executives.

Katherine has worked exclusively in the Probate and Private Client Department, qualifying as a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives in 2006 and then qualifying as a Solicitor through the University of the West of England in Bristol in March 2007. Katherine was appointed an Associate in March 2010 and became a Principal in April 2011.

She deals with Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Powers of Attorney and court of Protection work.

Katherine is always willing to visit her clients in their homes upon request.
