Beth joined Pengillys in October 2021 as an apprentice Conveyancing Technician. Beth completed her apprenticeship in January 2024 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2025.

Beth began her legal career within the Local Authority, developing expertise in property, contract, and regulatory law.

Beth is a proficient member of our Property Department specialising in leasehold and freehold residential conveyancing transactions.

Away from the office Beth enjoys sport, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
