What does a typical conveyancing transaction involve?
It is sometimes useful to see an indicative estimate on a “typical” conveyancing transaction. We treat each conveyancing transaction as standalone so there is rarely a “typical” transaction but even so we have provided information of likely timescales and charges of:
- A typical residential freehold property
- A typical residential leasehold property
- Re-mortgage of existing residential property
The table below provides examples of our charges on typical transactions based on the property value. Please contact us for a bespoke estimate including information about other costs involved (known as disbursements).
